/biz/ I have 90k USD in the bank, a rental property completely paid off, the house I am living in I owe 84k on. Whenever I go into the bank the tellers are always trying to shill me their investment funds.
Want to tell them I made 30k of ETH in the last three months.
Was thinking of just paying off my house but I am only paying 2.75% interest. Should I just buy another home and rent out the one I am currently in?
I want to buy a Porsche Cayman S a 2006-2012 model.
Getting deployed with my army unit for 9 months at the beginning of the year.

I have a few bitcoins but I mostly cashed out of eth around 330-350 range.
I know the car is a waste of money, but I have nothing else really to spend my money on other then trying to acquire more money.
That is why I am buying used too. Most of the depreciation has already happened.
Thing is it will be more like 100k when I leave and when I come back i should be in the 140k range.
