Any Thoughts / Predictions about the Upcoming Bitcoin Fork on August 1st?

No i have no idea what any of that means, an i fucked?
>>2726946
There will be no fork

The chinks will win. Everyone else will get chinked.
Nothing will happen, we'll get segwit a year from now, Chairman Wu and Roger Vermin will get BTFO then we'll go to moon
Alternately, JihanVerCoin succeeds. Core devs suicide, (all) crypto goes to zero, and Garzik gets a nice stipend
you guys realize segwit2x is BIP91 right?
BIP148 is a totally different chain/coin.
There'll be no fork, but price is gonna crash the day before.

It's going to be the biggest ever game of dirty pool.
I hope we get two chain, and they don't totally destroy each other.
1. No fork happening.
2. MOON harder than ever.

How the hell do you not know this?
Segwit is about changing bitcoin
Pros - fixes minor security holes e.g. Malleability, code changes can be made faster(innovation), sidechains are enabled (lightning, rootsock liquid:- and faster tx possible, smart contracts, exchange value transfer)
Cons - higher Tx fees forever, likely patented (centralizing control of bitcoin to blockstream), undermines bitcoin security model (miners less incentivized), possible large security risks, risk from lots of new code and systemic change risk.
Basically theres 2 camps in bitcoin. They will either destroy bitcoin, or one will triumph, or they will both succeed.
I'm just going to hodl through the uncertainty.
