Long story short I'm going to get my associate degree soon but my marks are complete bullshit. I probably won't get into the degree program and don't want to spend any more time upgrading classes and all that bullshit.

Is forex a meme or can I actually make a living off of this? I used to be addicted to League of Legends and porn, and I have used this addictive personality to my advantage in the past. I gained 20 pounds on a clean bulk over 18 months.

I am willing to work 18 hours a day on this shit and drop out of school and pursue this full time if there is an actual potential to earn money. I don't mind sitting alone in a room all day in front of the computer either.

How does one get started?

learn the following-
money management
trading psychology
correlations
what fundamentals can, and more importantly, can't tell you. same with technical.

figure out a system that works for you on demo. open a $100 account and trade one microlot with 1:2 r/r until you're consistently profitable.

if you can do all this you'll probably still end up blowing your account in 3-6 months because you'll start to think you're smarter than the market and start making stupid trades. or maybe not. probably easier just to get some kind of trade and earn an honest living, but what do i know?
