think of it like this. bitcoin is 1mb blocks every 10 minutes. litecoin is 1mb blocks every 2.5 minutes.

it has 4x the transaction capacity of bitcoin.

segwit will enable atomic swaps, at that point why would anyone ever use bitcoin for anything other than a store of value? litecoin is faster and cheaper.

and can we stop with the litecoin is faster and cheaper. it's also a worse store of value in every measurable way, and in every psychological way. thats why nobody ever uses it for anything but speculation, and throughout bitcoin's terrible fees and slow confirmations nobody switched to litecoin because they simply dont value it.
