I should add there have been pump and dumps but basically they got THIS MONTH to get to $1 and hold for 10 days or they get delisted. Everything I've seen so far suggests they'll do everything they can hit that.

Can some one fill me in on what risks warrants carry and what they are?

I had 50k DCTH at $0.02 then sold it to invest in cryto.

10 days later DCTH went to 0.35. I hate it.

Their market cap is 34Million, That means they got to dump 167Million on their shares.

They would have to Buy back aggressively.

They have to if they want to stay on the stock market. Right now they're dirt cheap anyways, way undervalued. Bad reverse split, this is an easy stock to capitalize on if you don't have weak hands.
