What's to stop these ICOs from just running off with all the money? Where's our insurance? Also what are the ICO funds intended to be used for. Asking for a friend, of course. He's scared about his investment is all.
What is an unregulated market?

Ico sell all the eth. That's why the eth market will always be shit. You have a steady stream of USA currency being taking out at a really fast paste. A ico is created everyday. Say the adv is 10 million dollars. That mean 10million plus the big amount of new coins on the market eth price is valved at -4
Plus the ico premined 99 percent of the coins so. It's a Ponzi scam last person out gets fucked. When the scam is over they change the CEO and change the name copy the masters bizz words and start again
im convinced half of them are money laundering schemes and the other half are just schemes

Are you fucking high? There isn't anything. The only valid reason to invest in an ICO is because you either believe it's the new hotness, or you just want to dump the second it hits an exchange. What the fuck kind of question is this? Retards are making ICOs for every fucking thing now. Most are, by definition, going to fail. Either invest in one because you see it as coke 2.0, or invest in one because you think you can dump at a profit.

how about you do your research on your own and stop giving money to everyone who wants it for an "investment"
fuck your regulations, you don´t want regulations, what you want is a system that allows you to persue fraudulent corporations. If you want to give your money to whoever is walking along you on the streets and tells you that he´s taking you to the moon if you give them money and you sign no contract, that´s your own business
