It's been that way since 8:30PM-ish CT.

It's test data, and the big quote providers everyone (Big 5, Google/Yahoo finance, etc.) uses are the ones flowing the data through.

Also, who the fuck is looking at quotes late at night when they aren't going to trade until July 5th anyway?

Also, this shit happens way more than you notice. It just happens that this is effecting big name stocks.
