Tell your panic selling story
>be me yesterday
>buy ans at 300k
>see it dip to 290, then 288 (sold here), then 280
>feel bitter for selling at a loss, but not terrible because it fell further
>it jumps to 340 hours later

panic sold my eths at what turned to be the lowest point in may. That was my first crash and it's like my hands moved on their own.
I entirely recovered since then and made a large profit but that was a hard lesson learned.
i sold 500 eth when the dao was hacked last year at around 16$ a pop, bought them at around 18$
Sold 1.15btc in 2013 for a high $12
The exchange took $2
I got $10
This thread is too depressing im out

You mean it's beautiful. Without people buying high and selling low, how do you expect to make money?
Thanks for your stories, I'll add my own:
Sold my digibags at 2300, then tought I was buying the bottom at 1500 sats, sold when it dipped further to 1400 before it crashed to 1000 or so.

>See Btc take off in 2013-14
>Buy 1.5 btc for around $1400
>Crash happens, I hold my bags for a year
>Also unemployed that year, so I cave and cash out my Btc for $350
>watch it go to 3k earlier this month
>mfw I could have bought the dip and held if I wasn't such a NEET
Oh well. I re-invested more last year and I'm smarter about it now
