The big ones, in no particular order are:
1. LocalBitcoins
2. Poloniex
3. Kraken
4. Coinbase
Which has best reputation? Which is your preferred and why? Why not just use all? Which exchange has most market error?

Fuck coinbase. They shut down every time there is a dip in Ethereum. Their support is crap and never answers emails. Their fees are really high.

2. Bittrex - More coins / decent graphs / decent volume
3. CoinExchange - Heaps of coins added before they moon / some volume / ok graphs
