Once bitcoin gets segwit on or before august 1st, it will moon. Shit coins, especially ethereum based ones, are probably in for a long hard bear market though.

Neither, because it's impossible to know. Bitcoin is not going anywhere but I would wait until segwit implementation before buying any more BTC.

Ethereums future is also uncertain with another possible fork coming Q3/Q4 2017.

eth and alts are only up because big money is hedging their bitcoin bets.

if bitcoin fucks up this segwit activation it'll hurt all cryptos but eth. Eth could get jacked too since it's mostly priced in btc and if bitcoin cant resolve political issues why would any alt?

if bitcoin gets worked out (most likely scenario) then alts and eth go into long bear market and bitcoin continues swinging but booking annual profits.
