So this new ico is in its precrowd sale and is already more than 40% sold (based on its hard market cap). Hasn't even been more than a few hours.
What is /biz/ opinion about its use case? It basically takes advantage of price differences in multiple exchanges and makes profit off that. All profits are distributed to token holders semi annually.
I myself have done that manually and made small gains do I know it works. What are the chances that this will be successful?

But I felt $10 Million hard cap was a bit low. Tokens worth 0.2 USD per xrl token so it will be grossly undervalued when it comes out. Price should skyrocket.
Only issue is to hold or sell. I can see this going the way of dash.

Done some calculations and assuming this company can make the same revenue as a small to medium sized crypto exchange then $0.1 per token semi annual payout is a very conservative estimate.
