because its a relatively new coin. its only been out for <2 years, and markets can only go up so much, it seems that 1000% is the gains cap per year, because investors will start cashing out any coin that exceeds this limit.

Theres still lots of room to grow it just takes time. The fact that its bumping against the same annual growth limit as bitcoin/ethereum is bullish
