There's tons of things you could do. 10 website/social media marketing contracts 1K a pop is just off the top of my head.

The challenge is finding methods that alliance with your skill set. If you're shit at cold calling/coldwalking into businesses, you'll never be able to sell 10 websites/maintenance contracts in a month.
