I don't know how it works in Aus land but I imagine it works something like this:

>estimate needs for loan
>locate location
>punch kangaroos in the face until they leave
>buy location with loan
>shoo off petro sniffing abbos
>open cafe
>sell coffee for 200 didgeridollars a cup
>chinks buy your real estate in 5 years for 20x what you paid for it
