After they get a few months old some sediment will crystallize and drop out of suspension, leaving a layer of white stuff on the bottom of the bottle. Stack a couple dozen bottles like firewood to easily view the stuff, or I guess you could do just one.
Bonus, if you took any drugs before pissing in the bottle, you can retrieve the drugs from the sediment and do them again. I'd advise just shooting the stuff right in your arm so you don't have to smell or taste it.
