Etherium is actually gaining some ground in Russia, so i think it will rise even further, but it might be a bit late to buy now, maybe wait for the next drop
Dogecoin has been around for years and is still pretty low. Would've thought the meme status would've given it a little more attention, but no such luck. Don't think it's going to rice unless the rest of cryptos do too

Other than that, all i can tell you is to try and observe the market for a bit, then buy when things go down
