What are your thoughts on Vericoin? Worth a small buy?

Super underrated.
-Solves the chink hive mining problem with CPU only mining.
-Is its own self contained coin (not another ETH based pipedream)
-good devs, good pr
-Realistic bitcoin competitor.

Well I'll give it a try market cap is super small can't really see it dropping

project took a hit when it was released due to some hack,.
Result was that they instantly hard forked it as the bug had allowed for hackers to take 30% of the total supply of vericoin.
so it's been going under the radar for a good while now, would probably be top 10 market cap if they hadn't been fucked early.
Anyways, they've kept at it and are now starting to look real good. Not sure when we're gonna see the next major releases but the marketing have been heavily increased these last months

I put 400 in vericoin(1000) and Verium(160) each yesterday and I'm already well in the money.

I just bought some and the blockchain explorer says the transaction went through but the coins don't show up in my wallet even though it says wallet is in sync

Anyone know why?

not sure, haven't had that problem, as long as the transaction shows up in the explorer you're at least guaranteed it's registered to your address
