I use BitPanda, Austrian based. They don't really have a market, it's just direct buy/sell. It's a bit more expensive but the process is easy as fuck and I'm a pleb for easy so I stick with them.

I don't know exactly as they price in Euros where the majority of the market works in Dollars so what is conversion rates/fees isn't clear. The price also varies based on what payment medium you use to account for those fees as well. I use Skrill mostly.

Basically they quote you a price at the time you make your order related to current market price+fees, if you like it you pay and have your coins in 2 minutes, no nonsense. Never had any problems with the payments unlike cuckbase and shitstamp
