It's been meme'd for about a year with no date in sight. They have been doing a buyback(burning coins with eth profits they make) to create artificial scarcity raising the price. ICN will probably go up, but moon? I doubt it. The buyback ends this month and started in april, they were usually doing it on saturdays so I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last one from ICN for this quarter.
As for the DAA(index fund), it's just a program that lets you set which cryptos you allocate your investments to.

You think ICN with their little burn scheme is going to beat out the rest of the crypto market? This coin has no software, no inherent value, and the ICNP fund is the people behind ICN using their "bitcoin experience" to invest. These people aren't investors, they ran Cashzilla. You think these guys can manage risk? Go look at their portfolio on medium and tell me you would have made those calls. If you just left everything in ETH you would have beat them.
