Are Bollinger bands accurate predictors in crypto? What are your rules of thumb of using them?
I usually open a long position after a ride on the lower band followed by breaking the central one. Same but reversed for short positions. However it does me a net effect around 0. Any tips from more experienced traders?

BTW the graph is LTC from last 6h. I think that LTC will break 1600k SAT in 2h and stop around 1650k SAT before another dip.
