Almost every richfag keeps a sizable chunk of their money in cash and cash equivalents. Only middle class folks keep all their money in a 401K and a Roth IRA.

Sure but your incur tax penalties unless you withdraw for special exceptions. I'm not saying to avoid a 401K & IRA altogether but liquidity is extremely important.
