Hello biz,
I need an advise. I own a small company that mostly operates on governmental tenders. I got business proposal to help foreign company to enter governmental tenders, so I will basically help them establish business here, help with legislation sales etc...
They offer me partnership and I would take my share from the closed deals. What share would be wise to ask for my services?
They operate in surveillance systems and also telecommunication+ road and highway manament and building. If you have additional questions please ask.

I don't say this in jest when I suggest asking Reddit. /r/entrepreneur, /r/smallbusiness, and /r/startups are good places to start, but there are likely others.
