Pretty much everyone can claim unless you bought your bitcoin after June 26, 2017.

Nice way to get an idea of how many active wallets there are. It is probably advantageous that they do not count your wallet, so they think Bitcoin is more scarce. Or maybe they are just seeing if they can implement crypto on Facebook somehow.
