Can't tell if we're at bottom now. It could easily go up for another couple of hours and continue declining, especially considering there was just legitimate news of DDoS in the ETH network (see 0 ETH transfers: https://etherscan.io/txsPending?a=0x331d077518216c07c87f4f18ba64cd384c411f84) which I thought weren't possible given the cost of gas, but it seems to be Ethereum is even more fragile than I realized.
