I'm going to open LLC, but still curious:
What is the best state for IT related LLC? I choose Delaware, not sure if there anything better.
And one stupid question - if I opened LLC, with only one person, in Delaware, but I'm still live in VA, should I pay only DE tax, right?

a single member LLC is generally considered a disregarded entity for tax purposes. You will pay your taxes in VA if you live in VA and esp if you make your $$$ in VA.

No reason to set up in Delaware unless you are incorporating. and even then, no reason unless youare actually making real money (ie~$5million a year or more.)
