would that be the death for altcoins? Could altcoin prices recover long-term? Or would everyone be left holding their bags forever?
Too many people just now getting into the game. It would be a perfect opportunity to buy low and catch a rebound. Plus, not all altcoins are influenced by the price of BTC.

What did he mean by this. Seriously.

lmfao, do you know how many people would buy at 1000? That would be a once in a lifetime opportunity. You would be worth 100 million in 20 years.
If Bitcoin dropped to $1000, altcoins would lose probably at least half of their btc-relative value. So, they'd drop by about twice as much as BTC relative to USD.
>bitcoin crashed down to $1000 from $2,500
>legitimate altcoins increase in value 2.5x almost overnight

One thing is for sure, if BTC goes below $1k, all alts (including eth) will be going for bargain bin prices

>shitcoin holders hold forever
Really this isn't even necessarily true, if you hold your bags long enough you can unload them on stupid normies as they trickle into the market over the next few years.
