I went in on Bay a while back and have already 3x my ROI and i'm in for the long haul. Its a solid coin with solid tech, a good project, and a very active dev.

Shit isn't gonna do Stellar Lumen levels of 32x in 1 day sorta things, but its always way more of a consistent and tried and true that you know your investment won't be in the shit if there is a dip mid-week. Next week it'll be back up to 20% higher than before.

There is still time anon, buy in on the next dip when it eventually levels out after this peak. Bay is the way

As I understand, that is the goal. Of course, it depends on demand. Pegging doesn't lock the price, it just limits volatility. If demand increases, there is really no limit as to how high it can go.
