Why I chose this as my 100% long term investment.

The most important thing you need to realize is how China operates. They don't care about the West, they want their local companies to thrive, not only through loss in sales but tough regulation.

>Walmart struggles in China.
>Uber failed in China, sells to competitor Didi
>Facebook , Google, Twitter, Ebay, Paypal, I could go on and on...

Why? It is not because a company is censored, or because of politics. It is merely because the world does not understand China and China's economy... China dominates as having some of the largest companies in the entire world, yet most of you have never heard of them. How did these Chinese companies achieve so much success without you even noticing? Maybe you did notice, but was not aware it was owned by China.

Here are some massive Chinese companies
>Banks: ICBC, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, ABC Bank
>Tencent Just Passed Wells Fargo as the World's 10th Biggest Company in the world. (Forbes)
>Alibaba - Biggest IPO in the worlds history. (Alibaba, Alipay, Taobao)
>China's Huawei 'Growing Up' To Become The World's No. 1 ... (Forbes)
>Baidu - China's search engine / app platform.
>JD.com - Massive online retailer.

Most people dont even know what 'WeChat' (by Tencent) is, yet it generates more revenue per year than Facebook! When it comes to Chinese assets, you need to understand they can become the largest companies in the world, without any international support.

Now don't get me wrong, Foreign companies can still be successful in China, if they are marketed and properly executed. A foreign company can obtain a 20% marketshare in China and be successful, but who has the other 80%? China. If Ethereum gained a 20% marketshare in China, investors may see this as a "success". While AntShares (Neo) obtains an 80% marketshare in China and then goes after the rest of the world. Success comes from investing in undervalued companies.

Now I wont tell anyone they should buy AntShares (NEO), only you can make this decision. The best investment you can make is investing in yourself. You should research, follow up and then research more.. The more knowledge you have, the more likely you are to make good intelligent decisions.

What do I personally think will happen to AntShares you may ask? Here is how I see it... I wont invest in a company unless I can imagine it still being around in 20 years. I wont invest in a company that I don't understand, because if I cant understand it.. how can I give it an evaluation? And I certainly wont invest in anything unless I feel it can survive a 'worst case scenario'.. When I was evaluating AntShares I felt this is a winner, and I still do. If AntShares can survive a worst case scenario, and if I believe AntShares will still be around in 10 or 20 years... Then I have no doubt AntShares will make many investors wealthy.

I hope this gives a lot of people a better understanding of what they are dealing with here, and potentially how lucky they are to know about AntShares (NEO) to begin with. If it wasn't for Coinmarketcap and Bittrex,... AntShares (NEO) would take off to the "moon", and you wouldn't even know until a million Chinese were already on the moon. To be honest, its a privilege to have access to this asset and I look forward to its growth ahead.

Other reasons?
>Brand Refresh: we like the new logo and name, right? The launch was a bit dorky, but it's China. Do you understand Chinese culture? Remember, we always thought this would only be successful in the Chinese market. The brand reboot and new website will instill confidence for Western investors to give the idea some clout domestically.

>Rollout of new brand: NEO branding will replace Antshares, presumably with a new, slick website in "2017 Q3" according to Da Hongfei

>Media Attention: there was a lot of media present at the conference. The news will be spreading across Chinese tech/business circles now, and Antshares is on the front page of Bitcoin Magazine.

>New Exchanges: antshares has moved from crypto-obscurity into the top 25 on coinmarketcap (it also spent 2 days in the top 15.) It is still the fifth most traded blockchain stock (after Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin and Eth Classic). Exchanges exist to cash in on this trading; Poloniex, Bitfinex and others can't ignore this source of revenue forever.

>370% Increase in Value: The price of one Antshare dropped 33% overnight, but it has stabilised around $6.50 after the pump and dump sell-off. This represents a 370% increase over the past week, indicating that investors recognise this coin was drastically undervalued at $1.78 a week ago. We are onto a good thing.

>Big plans ahead: The nest smart fund, (significant) bounties are just the beginning of a pretty significant expansion. No doubt these guys have a whole lot more money now that their stocks have gone up in value.

The same technology, just better: you voted with your money, presumably because you understood the potential of this technology. You may have just looked at coinmarket cap and compared the guts of Antshares with its northern neighbours, many of whom are little more than a currency (ugh, Dogecoin?), not a fullly-fledged blockchain to be built on like Ethereum and Antshares. This conference did not change an iota of their code, only how they plan to expand in second half of this year. Why would you pull out just because others (who no doubt understand Antshares to a shallower-degree than you) have? Which leads me to...

•A cheap price: I'd imagine that as the brand is rolled out in the next few months, the price will begin to inflate. If you look at the kind of money thrown at ICOs which have little more than a slick website, there is no reason to doubt that a new slick new website of our own will attract those looking to get on a hype-train. As the price settles, it may be worth considering doubling-down on your investment. The price will rise and you can start to hack-away at your deficit.

Lastly, take a look at this article.
He breaks down everything wrong with Antshares and how they can improve. Now imagine when all of these are fixed?

Until you can buy from the yunbi exchange at 35% less than everywhere else you're asking to be raped hard.

>You will never be able to buy from yunbi exchange round eye which is what makes this scam foolproof.

It's a great long term investment, but short term wise no. It is going to stay stagnant for a week or two before it is going to start making any upwards moves again, there are much better investments you could do right now with a much better ROI short/mid term. The hype needs to die down and needs to find a new ground before you should start looking at it again and considering putting your money into it.

That's fair I'll admit. Still not a bad idea to atleast have some in it right now.
