What does /biz/ think of Melonport?
Iconomi competitor right? I didn't want to buy that because of the fud
>>2578051
FUD surrounding ICN or Melon?
>>2578072
ICN, something about community censorship and the token not actually being tied to the success of the fund
>>2578093
The ICN token is tied to the success of the fund, just indirectly. Once the platform launches there will be numerous tokens. ICN benefits from buyback from the profits made in the fund (ICNP).

Well maybe I'll get some in a dip. I don't want to use liqui though and I don't use kraken. Can melonport jump the same way?
>>2578156
Liqui is aids, you could consider Shapeshift
>>2578181
I can't nigga it's not up on there right now.
>>2578156
Nothing wrong with Liqui really, just slightly unstable.
Melon is in an odd position as it's not clear where the value will come from. The creators themselves have suggested it's not worth holding Melon if you're not planning on using the platform yourself, as in Melon isn't an investment...their line of thought came from the idea that ETH isn't an investment either, which is debatable for the early adopters.
I'm overall not sure. That's why I came to /biz/, but I fear everyone just wants to talk about their bags.

Hmmm. Seems like an interesting project but some level of centralization might be necessary for such a fund. Also bancor, if successful, should get the small buyers into coin baskets and such pretty easily. I think I'm gonna keep filling my aragon bags for now
