The smart contract is apparently too convoluted to use for the average moron, so people are buying on the exchange. The smart contract price is also supposed to follow exchange prices. The only reason it is lower ATM, in my opinion, is that people are liquidating larger amounts of BNT through the contract than they can on the exchange.
