Lots of people are having the same issue. They seem to be WAY behind on their eth withdrawals and support tickets or delaying them on purpose. Be prepared to wait 2 days - 2 weeks.

Rumor is they mismanaged their eth and they don't have enough liquidity to fulfil withdrawals.

Yes, i've had the same. Support told me not to worry about it. But it's taking very, very long for sure. My XRP deposit is taking forever as well. Poloniex not even once
