So in order to buy smaller coins on bittrex do you have to buy Bitcoin first from a different exchange, transfer it to your bittrex account and then use that bitcoin to buy the different coins?
I am new to cryptos, first bought some litecoins on Coinbase, super easy process, literally just varified my card and then bought the coins. Now im looking into buying some coins on Bittrex but have been having touble with the verification/ selecting a payment method.

send your Ltc to bittrex, sell Ltc for btc, use btc to buy alt coins.

ah ok thanks, i wan to save my litecoin but maybe ill just buy bitoin directly and then send that to bittrex. besides, i typed in my correct information on bittrex in order to get verified but they said they could not find any public records to verify me with...which is wierd.
