there was a famous one with btc a few years ago . from like $600 down to a few bucks.

This is why I always leave extremely low buy orders overnight.

I've never hit the jackpot like this but twice I've gotten ETH buy orders fulfilled almost 20% below the actual price because of fat-finger errors.

I hate these because they screw up the charts and break zoom.
