What's the best fiat exchange outside of coinbase and gemini? I already have coinbase, only used it once before a few months ago to buy some btc. Gemini is absolutely brain dead and says I need to link a bank account to get verified. Then their site won't let me link a bank without BEING verified. Kraken is dog shit. Bitfinex?
