Here there are many buyers and few sellers, which means its likely to rise. But with shitcoins like this it could also be pump and dumpers manipulating the market.

they list orders for the coin which trigger or get filled once the value reaches a certain point on the graph. if one side is a lot bigger than the other, it's slightly more unlikely to go in that direction, and it's an indicator that people are predicting that the value will go the other direction (or return to where it is now).

if you buy now you are being dumber than all of those people who want to buy lower. but if you don't want to keep an eye on it, then maybe it's a safe bet. however, this coin in particular is a quick scamcoin that we'll forget about in a week. it will probably stagnate and the most you can make on it is ~2-3% in a random day, which some groups make good money on.
