He's a consultant that sets up VMS for bank transactions, and said the particular bank he was currently working for was buying a shit ton of it next week (6/11-6/17)."

I asked if his brother could share which bank and he said that he could not. He just re-iterated that he need to buy SOON.

Clearly I cannot attest to the authenticity of this conversation, but I've known this guy for 15 years and he is not a liar.
