Because he also keeps putting up high buy orders to make sure he gets his 5-6x and the price doesn't crash. It's typical manipulation. This is why it is very slowly decreasing through hours. If he didn't know what he was doing, he would have crashed the price or another we would have placed buy walls to prevent it from happening.
