Every thread on here seems to be about memecoins, but ill ask anyway:
I sold my house in AFUCKINGLEAF land and because of the market and I'm single, I bought a smaller one and was left with 300k left over.

I want to do something with the money that will generate a good living and is as recession-proof as possible (not something that people wont pay for when money is short).

I can go back to school or get a mortgage/real estate licence if needed.

What would you do? Id rather have a business or investment that is not coins or stupid shit, I don't mind actually working for a living if I like it.
Open a physio clinic and leech off free benefit money?
Become a mortgage broker?
Sell houses?

I currently have a degree in biology which is useless without any further studies, so don't really feel like I'm stuck in that field because I cant do anything with it anyway.
