I'm looking for a meme director and project manager.

I need someone to communicate emotion to voice actors, animators etc, but also someone who can tactically pick out the talent for each project.

We'll meet regularly about ideas and productions we want to make.
I'd like to keep projects under a several hundred dollars. (that's a lot of Fiverr orders)
