I got into mining btc in 2010 with a shitty pc. It wasn't worth much then I want to say like sub $10.
It was taking a long time and I only got like 1 btc a day so I decided this wasn't a good way to make money.
At that time I didn't really see a future in crypto.
I only had ~5 btc on that pc and just uninstalled the miner, later wiped the drive to install linux on it.
If I had only recognized the potential then and had saved the coins or at least built up a nice stack...
