What needs to be done for crypto to be taken seriously? When will it be common and adopted by countries?

Pretty much just scalability. Adoption by countries will depend on what level of corruption they're comfortable with. A lot of governments will probably fight something they can't manipulate easily

Need super normie friendly portals and exchanges. ETF would help too.
Japan is making it a reality , im surprised by how many business have adopted or are planning to adopt crytpo as a form of payment.
Theres even commercials shilling for bitcoin

If we had a good normie movie where crypto plays a big role it would shift public perception a ton. Right now the public thinks we're either criminals or nerds gambling with chuck e cheese money

This is true. I've had discussions with people about cryptos and no matter how well I explain things like the block chain and scarcity I get
>so what actually gives it value?
As a respons.

I only shill Ethereum now so I just say the value comes from applications and transactions needing to burn ether in order to function. I have tried to explain Bitcoin in the past and wasn't able to convince anyone nearly as easily.
