- pull out your ethernet cable
- create a wallet and write down EVERYTHING: your address, pass phrase, seed etc.
- send coins to that address

Because it's a centralized location, the point of crypto is to hold the keys yourself, otherwise they aren't really yours. If coinbase ever gets mtgox'd you could lose all your coins even with 2fA
