Honestly you need to look at the big picture on ark this has been happening for weeks now and you should be taking advantage of it. The bot lets it rise to 31kish then puts up massive walls to scare people and locks price down at 28kish for a while.
You should be buying ark even at this price because the minute it is taken off of bittrex and put on another exchange and the bots can't lock it down its going to moon - why do you think its such a high target for botters in the first place.
I really believe ARK could possibly be the last chance we will ever see for eth level gains in crypto but its up to you if you want to invest or not cause it might not move for a while.
