Ok we take an underlying instrument of the world, something that's been operating adequately forever, and we say it's a known problem and start acting like it's always been a problem. Then we offer a solution to that "problem" on the blockchain and hold an ICO for it. We actually develop a coin/token and wait for it to appreciate in value before selling our shares.
