The second more russia and china news comes out about it it's going to jump again.
Like, if Russia came out and suddenly said "oh yea we're going to invest about 10% of our money in ETH" then it would pass up bitcoin in a week. Sure, it's a risky investment because China and Russia could turn around tomorrow and say "yea never mind we're not interested in crypto at this time / we aren't fans of ETH" and you'd see it crash, but I feel it's more likely than not that you'll see a definite investment occur, though how much is the question.
