Is the dipping over? I want to buy some eth, but my bank transfer to Coinbase only reached now. Will it be safe to buy now or is there a possible second dip?

careful, missing on a bull market is pretty painful and there is simply no way to tell if there is indeed a new dip coming soon and, if it happens, how big it will be.
Imho there will be a second dip before the Eth finally break out to new heights but it will be rather small in comparison to what we just had.
