I have a friend that runs a decently high-traffic website for downloading electronic music remixes for free. Most of the user-base are dj's from Europe.

Technology to detect such behavior is ancient, anon.

So, if I'm understanding this correctly. The advertiser buys BAT tokens, and then uses those tokens to run an advertisement (presumably targeted in some way), and pays out some of the tokens to people who opt in to see the ads, and some tokens to the host of the site (content creator). Interesting idea... I assume you need to use the Brave browser for this to work.
