It doesn't say DGB is shit. It says there was a lot of hype and false rumors around it, and the price was easy to predict from that.

1 week before the citi contest, half of /biz/ threads were about DGB. -> price go up
Citi contest is over -> hype around it is over -> price go down to a more "normal" level.

It doesn't mean DGB is a shitcoin. It means you could have a done a lot of gains by selling just before the contest ends, (and optionnaly buying again a few days latter, if you think DGB worth it on the long term).
