I have 5.8 eth, how much should I put in and how likely am I not gonna lose money. I was looking into this earlier.

Looks decent but their main selling point is an instant messenger that none is going to use.

The hope is that someone will create a compelling DApp that runs on the ethereum virtual machine. Admittedly, what's out there now is not that impressive yet.
