Waht is the implication with Waves deleting NGR? It is obviously not decentralized, The crypto market should run based on neutrality and freedom

the exchange on waveswallet.io was always centralized per their blog.
but they label it as a "decentralized exchange" on the site.
Will they be refunding us the Waves fees we used to trade NGR? No?
The devs were exposed as frauds, and are now caught lying saying it's a "bug" and "we don't censor." Completely BS.
